Chef Israel Garcia trained with the best chefs in silicon valley. He has over 19 years of culinary experience. Chef Israel is from Mexico City.
He left his humble beginnings to pursue the American dream. He immigrated to the United States as a teen. At the tender age of seventeen, he started working in the restaurant industry. He started as a dishwasher and through dedication and sheer grit, became an apprentice to a Michelin Chef. Israel found his true passion in life. He is a dedicated chef who is constantly using the techniques he has learned in the culinary world to not only offer a dazzling dish, but also to create a dish that satisfies the palate of his customers. He has integrity, dedication, and an impeccable work ethic.
