Chef Israel García trained under the mentorship of some of the finest chefs in Silicon Valley, amassing over 24 years of experience in the culinary field. Originally from Mexico City, Israel left his humble beginnings to pursue the American dream. He immigrated to the United States as a teenager and, at the young age of seventeen, began his career in the restaurant industry.

Starting as a dishwasher, his unwavering dedication and determination propelled him to become an apprentice to a Michelin-starred chef. It was during this time that he discovered his true passion: cooking. Since then, Chef Israel has honed his skills, utilizing the techniques he has mastered throughout his career to not only craft visually stunning dishes but also to create flavors that captivate and satisfy the palates of his customers.
